Ravindra Jadeja's wife gets teary eyed after all-rounder guides CSK to IPL 2023 triumph

 

Ravindra Jadeja's all-round brilliance guided Chennai Super Kings to clinch their fifth IPL trophy. He starred with the crucial wicket of Shubman Gill and final-over heroics as CSK secured a five-wicket thrilling win over Gujarat Titans (GT).

When CSK needed 13 runs in the final over, Jadeja smashed a six and four off the bowling of Mohit Sharma on the last two balls and CSK equalled their arch-rivals Mumbai Indians' record of five IPL titles.

CSK coach Stephen Fleming heaped praise on match-winner Ravindra Jadeja and said that he delivered in the IPL 2023 final to help the team win their fifth IPL title.

Jadeja has had a terrific season for CSK with the ball as he picked up 20 wickets in the IPL 2023 campaign, which was his best outing in the competition

The Indian all-rounder's contribution with the bat was a mixed one this year. However, in the Playoffs this season, the 34-year-old was able to make an impact with both bat and ball.
